This resort property owned by Marriott is a higher end hotel that ran us around $1,500 per night but was well worth it for a birthday staycation. We let the hotel know it was for a birthday and we received a gift in our room of a surf scene made of chocolate, really amazing. When we arrived, it was crowded and had a line of people so the staff provided us Rosé Champagne until we checked in. Yes, we each had around 4-5 glasses which made waiting fun…
The pools are nice and family friendly, food is great and the property has an amazing fitness center overlooking the Pacific Ocean. There is a walkway to the beach with beautiful scenery. I highly recommend this resort!
