#1 Relentless Drive โ Unstoppable โ โBe tenacious and work like hellโ Elon Musk. ย If one person is working less than 40 hours and one person is working more, the odds are the person working more hours will be more successful. It shows up in the amount of pipeline built and sales results. It is clearly visible and measurable.
#2 Supersize your thinking. The size of your life is based on the size of the problems you solve. Use your time to solve a little problem and youโll get a little reward, solve a big problem, get a big reward. Dream Big! Ask Big Questions and Solve Big Problems. Selling 10K in small items equals a little reward. Selling a 100K + in big items equals a Big Reward.
#3 Massive Leverage โ Use the Pareto Principle or 80/20 rule. 80% of your revenue comes from 20% of your efforts. The Law of Cause and Effect. That means that 80% of your time and efforts only produce 20% of your revenue. Basically, you are wasting 80% of your time. Focus on the 20% of things that matter and that produce the 80% of revenue. Anything else is a major effort on minor results producing a Mediocre outcome. Time spent cannot be recovered and wasted time is the largest misappropriation of time, energy and your life. Leverage the things that can move your results to a higher level. Focus your time, energy and efforts on the proven and predictable things that lead to success such as Prospecting, Discovery Calls, Hyper-Qualifying, Negotiating and Closing. Spend your time on what is vitally important to be successful!
